“The Lord's Prayer” (International) | The Psalm 33 Sessions
This song, as it pertains to our Psalms 33 Sessions series, is an attempt to put the attribute of ‘skillfulness” on display through technology, in audio and visual arts. Because we recorded every musician and singer separately in this video, it was a complicated feat. You can learn the details of how we did it in the “Breakdown” video. As we've mentioned in our overall description of this series, we want to inspire everyone involved in your church's worship department to strive for excellence.
Why this song? – During the Covid pandemic TWM produced a version of my song, “Yes We All Agree” in which people participated from all over the world (you can watch it on our YouTube channel). Because that project was such a wonderful experience, I wanted to do another multi-language, multi-nation song and then it hit me, “The Lord’s Prayer” must be one of the most universally known writings throughout the world. So, we decided to reach out to our international community to join us in this recording and this video is the result. Of course, the whole song can be sung in any one language, and we hope you will give it a try at your church. In addition, we also believe that it can be a beautiful expression of worship that promotes unity in the Body of Christ.
