In late September my team and I had the opportunity to go up to Red Deer, Alberta, Canada to present “The Book of John In Song” concert at an amazing congregation called Home Church. Home Church had just done “The Book of John In Song” reading plan on YouVersion and had also learned some of the songs. It was a wonderful night in the Lord’s presence!
We also led worship for their weekend services. Pastors Jachin and Becca Mullen of Home Church are long-time friends of mine, we’ve known one another for the past twenty years. Jachin is one of the wonderful people who lived with us for a season when our kids were young and had a tremendous influence on our family. The ministry at Home Church is thriving and I was blessed to be able to go and worship alongside my fellow Canadian brothers and sisters in Christ!
While there I also had the chance to go to Lake Louise. Along with my wife Robin and our two daughters, Emmie and Eileen, we shot a video for my song, “How Glorious the Splendor” from Psalm 145 about the beauty of our God.
